This is a live online postpartum preparation group led by a licensed therapist, certified in perinatal mental health. You’ll meet with the same small group each week in a supportive, structured space focused on emotional preparation for the postpartum season.

Before joining, you’ll have a brief consultation to make sure the group is a good fit for your needs and goals. This helps ensure the group feels supportive and appropriate for everyone participating.
