How It Can Help
This postpartum group can help you feel more prepared for the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that often come with early motherhood. It combines educational guidance with the relief of connecting with other mothers who understand what you’re navigating.
What to Expect
This is a live online postpartum preparation group led by a licensed therapist, certified in perinatal mental health. You’ll meet with the same small group each week in a supportive, structured space focused on emotional preparation for the postpartum season.
Before joining, you’ll have a brief consultation to make sure the group is a good fit for your needs and goals. This helps ensure the group feels supportive and appropriate for everyone participating.
